Hey guys, need to find out the best way to clean aluminium, May be getting a little tinny and needs a bit of a rub down. (and it is not a can of export)
what works best (pete) :wink:

Any "truckwash" type stuff with a caustic base is good Phil.
Give it heaps of coats - letting it bite in for 10 - 15 mins and u will see the difference.

If u using a 4" brush, start at bottom and work up - or it will streak as it runs down onto the part u havent done yet.
Best to give it a quick squirt with the hose first.

U can buy ali cleaner - but not sure up there.

will do, might have to tow it down to gero and get you to mod it into a big boat lol

Hey Pete, if i use the Ali cleaner it doesn't screw with the aluminium does it if i do it wrong like leave it on too long or something.

Nah - not that stuff.
They get that from down the creek - get Mary to pee in a bottle.
Weak as...

Worst thing that could happen is it might streak.
Do like I said and she will be sweet.

Remember - glasses gloves and lots running water.
Have a shower after if u can - wash off residual.
Do it somewhere where u can have lots water and kids cant play in after
